We're a small project, so please allow a few days for a reply. Including the tool's name, your browser and device, and what you expected vs. what happened helps us fix bugs much faster.

What to write about

Bug reports — tell us which tool, which browser, and what went wrong.
Tool suggestions — the roadmap is driven by what people ask for.
Feedback — what works, what's confusing, what you'd change.
Privacy questions — see the Privacy Policy first; if it doesn't answer your question, ask us directly.

A note about your files

Because all ToolHex tools run entirely in your browser, we never see, receive, or store your files. That means we unfortunately cannot recover a file for you or tell you what happened to a specific file — keep your originals until you're happy with the result.
